Pros

The low level staff are personable and nice CEO and top level management are nice

Cons

Head of sales and mid management. Pay is poor You don't matter as a person. If you have an opinion, you will be removed. Unpaid overtime is expected on an almost daily basis. Micro managed Contradictory targets and KPIs

Cons

Senior leadership don't listen to what their staff have to say, people are not valued Lack of communication and accountability. Values are a joke

Pros

The company is growing rapidly, so there are a lot of opportunities for those who are proactive and willing to take ownership. People with long-term vision would also like working here as the outcomes will only come after a while, after a lot of hard work.

Cons

The workload is heavy and the challenges require real flexibility and adaptability. It’s not for everyone.
