- The company has been operating at a loss for the past three years and pays only average salaries for developers - Lacks support for developers - Regarding software development work, not the most developer friendly company to begin and work with. Has unexperienced POs and architects in leading roles who really should not be leading any customer projects - New employees are not treated equally to older employees; not getting all the same benefits and shared the same information - Management talks of great opportunity, growth and potential, but still not much to show below the line to benefit employees. The company has operated for 15 years, still representing itself as a startup, last few years seems to be just burning money from investors
