+ Multicultural and international atmosphere + Interesting business domain + Could be a success story in the future
Cons
- The company has been operating at a loss for the past three years and pays only average salaries for developers - Lacks support for developers - Regarding software development work, not the most developer friendly company to begin and work with. Has unexperienced POs and architects in leading roles who really should not be leading any customer projects - New employees are not treated equally to older employees; not getting all the same benefits and shared the same information - Management talks of great opportunity, growth and potential, but still not much to show below the line to benefit employees. The company has operated for 15 years, still representing itself as a startup, last few years seems to be just burning money from investors

- Fast growing environment, lots of opportunities to develop yourself. - Great, extensive benefits package. From occupational healthcare, insurance to free breakfast and bike benefit. QOCO has a very competitive benefits package. - Work-life balance is important in this organisation - Transparency from the management team regarding financials, growth plans etc. - Super international environment with a lot of different nationalities.
Cons
- I think as QOCO is a growth company, sometimes flexibility is required from the employees. This could mean that some weeks are busier than others.
