      People you work with day to day are the best

      Cons

      Upper management have no idea what goes on day to day and make decisions without fair forethought. Told to challenge the status quo but when you do the middle managers don’t like it. Constantly restructuring so never feel at ease

      Pay was average Staff members were professional no one ever got too personal that I know of Hours were great

      Cons

      Point system sucked! one of the managers tried to discourage me during training I just had gave birth and she was very inconsiderate but I got through it and received my certificate and the funny thing I was one of their top employees. Go figure!
