Pros
No pros - I cannot remember a single day where I enjoyed my job at QVC. Terrible culture. Awful environment, very outdated. I gave everything to this company to end up being bullied by very senior leaders. The VP’s and CEO cannot be bothered to tackle poor behaviour so good people leave under terrible conditions.
Cons
Sticking plasters are everywhere- especially relating to DE&I. Forget coming here to learn and develop. Promotions will only be given to whoever the leaders are friends with.
