Pros

Great roof top and drinks in the fridge.

Cons

Management have no idea what they are doing and for a small company its lack of transparency and respect for people they work with is non-existent. They have no clients, no products and no strategy. Will be surprised if the company is still going in 6 months!

Pros

You will get to know how bad startups work and you will know what companies to avoid.

Cons

The company is up to no good and still struggling with stability. The leadership on this team is a huge issue, and employees do not feel supported at all. Team does not have a positive workplace culture at all and there is lack of proper clear vision and direction due to absentee management. For your sake, steer clear.

Pros

Been working here just under a year and it was great when I started with an office manager, operations team, and more team members, developers and more of a fun culture. Lots of staff activities Snacks and drinks Rooftop chill out space Dogs Not sure which way the company is going but until a month a go this place was lively, with a great atmosphere and a larger team. Now, there are only a few staff in London & IOM office.

Cons

Too many changes and uncertainty No clients and no revenue I was sold a different company culture when I was hired and now I don't really enjoy coming into work

We understand that the recent restructuring of the company has been a difficult process for everyone involved. However, this was a necessary measure to position Qadre optimally for growth in the long term. We want every team member to feel as they have a stake in Qadre and foster a culture of open communication. We encourage frequent on and offline catch ups, lunch & learn sessions, open communication and travelling between the offices. We appreciate your honest feedback and would love to discuss with you directly how we can bring back the aspects of our culture that you loved when you first joined us as well as your ideas on our strategic direction. We’d be really keen to hear your thoughts on this - please get in touch.
