We try to provide the most comfortable working environment for every team member, from supportive leadership, to personal development, to a strong work-life balance. We have historically discussed remote working on a case-by-case basis, ensuring we are flexible to the needs of each individual, whilst encouraging the team to take advantage of our two spacious, attractive offices. However, we are currently defining our remote working policy, based on the feedback from our team and considering a post-Covid-19 working environment.
