Poor Management - Anonymous employee Qatar Airways Employee Review

Toxic HR who micromanages and shows double standards. Puts in extra effort to focus on all the unimportant things, nothing into staff welfare and zero efficiency with hiring/promotions etc. HQ is very inefficient and workload is not balanced. Poor bonus system, it is also very low and not appreciative of staff efforts. High turnover rate. No work-life balance and no hybrid arrangement.
