Airline flight perks across network and partners Extensive discounts with hotels Basic healthcare package Rewards and Culture seems much better in Head Office (DOHA)

Cons

Bonus is LITTLE compared to other airlines (including smaller airlines) and is further segregated by work grade. No internal promotion No annual increment Strict office attire/environment Line Manager - RUDE, uncollaborative, micromanager, poor time management, poor stakeholder management, lacks respect for her team and office colleagues, unable to accept others opinions/style, poor training & communication skills. An easier summary, would be to reference “Red flags in Managers” charts on Linkedin, all boxes checked there. At this point, the whole local team has resigned, would not advice joining.
