Bullying , harassment from managers and senior staff. Long hrs work but no over time paid . Salary packages are really low compared to other Airlines. Less growth and development. Office politics and toxic work environment. Blame game by senior staff . Gossiping specially among senior staff .( office politics gangs ) Night time training online (Doha time )no allowances are being paid . breaches enterprise Agreement . if they suspect if you are trying to seek support from government agencies such as Fair work or work safe etc they will make your life miserable and do all possible things to file things Against you to cover them selves from legal issues. No Work and life balance . Very less budget for training and equipment. Bias HR and no privacy. No salary increment not with EBA. New joiners get isolated by senior staff . Have to take higher responsibility even if it’s not in your job description but not getting paid accordingly. Psychologically Not a safe workplace.
