      Pros

      Strong on employee development, career opportunities and good work life balance. Culturally diverse workforce and technical training is strong.

      Cons

      Values are not taken seriously and executive team are not inspiring. Quality and safety, systems and processes have improved but progress is too slow and frustrates many people. Attitude to Safety is concerning in pockets throughout the business. Business continues to lose good people because they burn out.

      Awesome Apprenticeship program that develops young high potentials

      Cons

      Very Bad Management, Company was restructured multiple times during the last years, it's basically been an "around-the-world" tour and ended up the same structure as when I joined the company. Private Equity is not exactly helping to stabilize this situation.
