I genuinely can’t think of any.
Cons
The “management team” are significantly lacking in depth and experience, and have an appallingly short-sighted view of development and results. There really is zero strategy and business planning and they appear to look no further than the following day. Critically, there are very few knowledgeable engineers remaining at the business. Qlar Group provides negligible support and takes a heavy “stick” approach to all matters relating to the UK businesses.
