Pros
Many of the employees have been there for 5+ years, and it's the kind of place that values its people. The company is full of genuine people - the type of coworkers you'd happily grab a coffee or a pint with. The company itself supports independence and encourages team members to be autonomous while still providing support when needed or requested. VPs and managers push their teams to grow and thrive. It's a truly hybrid workplace where you can choose to work from home or the office all days of the week, and it provides a lot of flexibility. The work itself is also interesting, and the company is committed to innovation.
Cons
Because of the hybrid work, you may end up being the only one in the office some days - but it is a shared workspace with another company, so you're not truly alone. Wouldn't be a good environment for those who like a lot of oversight or constant check-ins with managers or reports. The company is spread across the US and Ireland, so you might not be in the same time zone (or country) as some of your team, your manager, and/or your direct reports.
