Thanks for the feedback, and we have taken on your views and those of others. Changes have been happening - we are out talking to customers, the market, analysts and employees. As a result, cross-functional collaborative approach is stronger than ever, and we are positive about the outlook after making some significant changes in our sales, marketing and product functions, all with an acute focus on customer needs.

Can't break out of the linear growth model and is failing to push the accelerated growth button successfully.

We continue to be very focused on sales enablement and training and have expanded our addressable market to broader L&D and training enablement to reflect how our customers are using Qstream today and expanding usage in their organizations - healthcare training, field operations, compliance, process change, etc.

All about the customers

Pros

Qstream customers love the solution, the people (who work damned hard to make them successful) and the tangible business benefits they get. There is so much goodness in the company, the people are committed and have a lot of fun, but work hard. Every prospect and customer we engage with understand the value, have used the solution to make real changes for the better in their organisations and have a positive experience with everyone they deal with at Qstream.

Cons

As with any start-up there are up's and down's - unfortunately the people who have been leaving very negative comments here probably don't understand that. But the fact is the company is growing healthily, adding many many new customers and retaining long terms customers.

We have been listening to employees, current and past, to take on feedback as an instigator for change....and change that is being recognised by customers, the market and employees.
