Pros
Qualia has been a great company to work for, especially the department that I work in. They have established a great culture and actually do support a employees having a proper work/life balance. Lots of PTO provided and pretty decent benefits.
Cons
Being a real estate tech company, the last few years have been tough as the real estate market has struggled, so the company has struggled a bit too, which means there have been some lay-offs and some restructuring that has required current employees to take on much larger work loads, and most of them have not received a raise with the increased work load. However, in their defense, they are trying to weather the storm until the real estate market picks back up again. There are some ways to advance in the company, but not a lot of growth opportunities available right now.
