Pros

none none none none none

Cons

Maybe the Owner does not know this happens but... The hiring representatives lie to you about the job just to get a BODY for the contract. They place you in positions that are not associated with your skill set, qualifications, degree and so on. For a Woman owned based company they discriminate against women getting the pay they deserve. They will pay men more for the same position.

Pros

Qualis was a wonderful place to work mainly because of the people. All my coworkers were friendly and welcoming. Everyone wanted to help me on my career journey.

Cons

The only con I had as an Administrative Assistant Intern was I didn’t have a heavy workload. I would’ve enjoyed some more on plate, however there was only so much I could do without a security clearance.

Pros

Interesting experiences with each assigned project.

Cons

Dugway government employee POCs lack the desire to prioritize the purpose of their mission(s) - this filters down to the contractor support. Unfortunately, the presence of Qualis Corporate is remote in Alabama. Therefore, their contract performance is weak due to inexperienced or evasive program managers (no matter what their level of education is) on the Dugway, UT site. Face value presentation is favorable if a visit by corporate is made to the site. During corporate visits, management educates themselves in advance to appear their management is useful. This results in many disgruntled employees. Lenience and favoritism is provided to those belonging to specific religious group from this area or individuals with infant children. For example, belonging to a religious ward ensures promotion or higher pay. Another example would be if an employee rather not use a babysitter for an infant, that employee will telework no matter how much the lack of productivity or work contribution is. There is the presence of nepotism, unless a desperate need for coverage. This results in inadequate support and a divisive environment. Retainment of the best employees is rare and unfortunate.
