      Pros

      The goal of achieving a narrative game in the same vein as their previous titles with enhanced scope and 3c mechanics is a lofty but really inspiring. Great team, good work culture.

      Cons

      Things can get a bit chaotic at times, coordination between the Montreal and Paris team working on the same project can be challenging. Auntonomy and organizational skills are key assets.
