      While the in-person onboarding seems great, the fully remote onboarding process felt a bit disconnected and harder to navigate.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
