      Pros

      Durante um tempo, foi uma empresa que te motivava, você se sentia bem em estar nesse lugar, vc trabalhava com vontade mesmo, pq sabia que era reconhecido e tinha estabilidade.

      Cons

      Virou um caos, constantes desligamentos, layoffs, você começa a semana achando que vai ser desligado e termina a semana achando que na próxima semana sua vez vai chegar. Desligam Managers do nada, CX, SMs, aquele tipo de empresa com rotatividade que faz com que cultura nenhuma se mantenha. Uma pena, pois era maravilhoso estar nessa empresa

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
