Not Good - Anonymous employee Quick Collect Employee Review

The owners of the company are fair and good people.

The bonus structure is lacking.

There is a paycheck.

The paycheck does barely pay the bills. There is no flexible work schedule unless you are a sales person or management. Holidays are not paid. There are 'office policies and procedures' that are outdated a few years and are not being followed through anyway. Employees are being treated like 'lesser beings' at times by management.
