Love working here! Not going to lie, I have a rule for myself; If there’s nothing new to learn, then leave. Here I am ten months in, finding it hard to pull myself away from my computer to clock out!
Career Growth: Talent is recognized and valued here! People genuinely looking to learn and grow are rewarded with opportunities, guidance, and mentorship. All of the Leads, for example, were trained and promoted internally. The company is growing quickly too; Very exciting to grow with it!
Work Culture: We have a really cool and diverse team. Everyone is super chill and friendly. We get to blast our music on speakers throughout the building and we have jokes and giggles on a daily!
Management and Leadership: Very supportive and encouraging. No matter how hectic the day gets, our operations manager in WA takes the time to make rounds and check in with everyone. Our Leads are always running around helping their teams. The director of operations is down to earth and always offers support. Heck, even our CEO finds the time to check in, and provide guidance.
Cons
Just like e-commerce, this is an ever changing, fast paced, and growing company. Some people consider this a pro and some see it as a con.
Also the building gets cold during the winter months
