When the owner isn't there it's great.
Cons
The owner is a tyrant. He will threaten your job is he doesn't like the way you're doing something. The management is spineless and doesn't stand up to their employees. They gossip about employees and treat them poorly. This is the most toxic place I have ever worked.

There were not any pros because of how bad the boss made everyone feel there at all times.
Cons
Raises are not a thing at this work place. No matter how long you’ve been there, you won’t get a raise. The boss plays favorites. None of the employees like working for him. He is negative and rude all of the time and always micromanages. Never has anything nice to say and doesn’t know how to treat people with respect.
