There is always a focus on doing things the right way which means making them scalable, easy to maintain and based on data. Cons
Like any other fast-growing AI company, priorities can change quickly, which can make it hard to plan for the long term. Sometimes it takes extra work to keep everyone on the same page as new verticals grow. But these are normal growing pains, not problems with the structure.
