There is nothing good to be said about this company, there is no respect/care for employees. Pay and benefits are bad considering the hours and commitment. No work life balance! Management have no trust in their employees. You hear things which give you anxiety, make you uncomfortable AND VERY UNHAPPY! Senior management don't care / in changing anything as they are aware. Your wellbeing is not cared for. You are expected to use your own personnel devices and have no compensation. It feels as you keep on giving and nothing is given in return.
