Pros
Being in the office there was a good culture, young company so it was easy to make friends and meet other young professionals.
Cons
Quorum promises a lot from very early on. Throughout the interview process they over promise the experience and success of their organization and most importantly they over promise what you as an employee will make in the role, the training you will receive and the responsibilities you have will be misinterpreted. The leadership team is inexperienced and tends to ignore employee's cry for help, leaving employees feeling helpless or uncomfortable in the situations they have been put in by the leadership team. The CEO, Alex Wirth, tends to be the biggest issue at this organization. He is very self-serving and it shows in how he interacts with his team. Overall I would highly suggest not joining this organization. Quorum is an average product in a saturated market with so many other competitors that are at least willing to pay a living wage to their employees. Quorum leans on being a “boot-strapped start-up” and that is why you get paid below market but that’s just not the case anymore and it is why they continue to lose top talent every day.
