      You are able to work on a many different technologies. The CIO really knows his business and the IT Directors are always working to improve things.

      Cons

      Poor benefits and changing priorities. Salary are good.

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
