Pros

The company offers numerous opportunities for learning and development, helping employees hone their skills and broaden their knowledge base. Modern Tools and Platforms: We are always equipped with the latest tools and platforms in the industry, which makes the job more manageable and allows for innovative strategies. Good work-life balance. Rarely had to stay late or work on weekends.

Cons

If you are looking for a remote job this is not the company for you, the job requires you to be present but they are flexible if you have an appointment or have an emergency and need to leave for a few hours or be gone for the day.

If something went wrong we are going to come and make it right. Our whole goal is to help the customer get what they need with as little hassle as possible. R & R also has an amazing staff! They employees here are joyful, knowledgeable, and eager to help. i am so happy and proud to be a part of such an amazing company!

Cons

R & R does not as of yet offer solar options to existing home owners; solar is only installed into new construction houses.
