Pros

The company offers numerous opportunities for learning and development, helping employees hone their skills and broaden their knowledge base. Modern Tools and Platforms: We are always equipped with the latest tools and platforms in the industry, which makes the job more manageable and allows for innovative strategies. Good work-life balance. Rarely had to stay late or work on weekends.

Cons

If you are looking for a remote job this is not the company for you, the job requires you to be present but they are flexible if you have an appointment or have an emergency and need to leave for a few hours or be gone for the day.

Pros

Overall work environment is positive due to an active approach from leadership. Consistently looking for ways to adapt to the rapidly changing industry. Compensation continues to adapt as well as the industry dictates.

Cons

At times long hours due to shear volume of work.
