I've worked at R3 for the past 4yrs. A company is only as good as its people, and I'm fortunate to have worked with so many wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable people. My current team are well respected and my manager is a true leader. The opportunities to earn, develop, learn and grow at R3 are huge! And the other teams in the organisation all work together well with minimal friction. I wouldnt have stayed this long at a company if it did not do the following: increase my earnings, progress on a careerpath, provide flexibility & a good work life balance. R3 has done all of these and more for me and I see myself staying and growing in this organisation
