Pros

Pay is fair. Commissions for collectors are good. Pay is bi-weekly with commission payouts on the 20th of each month. Most management is very fair and professional. Two weeks vacation after one year of employment. 4 hours of sick time accrued each month that does not roll over every year.

Cons

Unstable work environment. Work/Life balance is a foreign term. Have a family or need to take a vacation? Prepare to hear it from management or the executives depending on your level at the company. They may not say no but they'll make you feel guilty for taking time off. Woo! Too focused on the bottom line.

Pros

Calm relaxing environment that creates a place where guests are able to complete their tasks in a soothing gradual pace.

Cons

The height of the ceiling causes great echoing which allows everything in the lobby to resonate into the main room.

Pros

During the Covid pandemic, RAB has been supportive of employees. We are almost all working remotely, the company has shipped masks and protective gear to employees and to first responders. Heavy use of slack and video meetings has made the transition from live to remote work a generally positive experience. From a business perspective, RAB has managed the crisis well too. Inventory is good and our operations team is fantastic.

Cons

tariffs have had a significant impact on the lighting industry, and RAB is no exception.
