Pros

Offered a good training in the collection industry

Cons

Poor management, and the only thing the management cared about was how much money did you collect today. No real commitment to long term development. Poor advancement opportunities.

Unstable Company with Reversed Priorities

Pros

Pay is fair. Commissions for collectors are good. Pay is bi-weekly with commission payouts on the 20th of each month. Most management is very fair and professional. Two weeks vacation after one year of employment. 4 hours of sick time accrued each month that does not roll over every year.

Cons

Unstable work environment. Work/Life balance is a foreign term. Have a family or need to take a vacation? Prepare to hear it from management or the executives depending on your level at the company. They may not say no but they'll make you feel guilty for taking time off. Woo! Too focused on the bottom line.
