Some of the pain points you reference are based on difficult decisions that were catalyzed by the impact of our significant global expansion over a very short period of time. After this intense period of growth, we took a step back and evaluated the investment we had made and actions that were now required to ensure continued success. Delaying the Chicago office renovation and temporarily suspending the 401K match were not easy decisions, but they had to be weighed against the ability to support sales and sustain development in immediate opportunities that would benefit all of our employees in the mid to long term. My team remains dedicated to actions that produce what must always be mutual benefits for our team members, clients, and stakeholders. As your feedback identifies, managing the cascade of information from our executive leadership team to our management team is an area that we have not mastered, though we strive for continual improvement and remain committed to maintaining a healthy organization on all levels.
