      Learned a lot. Many great people who went on to top tier US mega funds. Good pay and benefits, in line with market - especially given the relatively good working hours.

      Cons

      HR culture can be pervasive. Senior colleagues threw one another under the bus.

      The insurance here is good

      Super bad atmosphere at the company. You need to spend a lot of time to earn you director, MD's favor. The politics here is super bad. Pay attention to those who get along well with boss and be careful not to make them unhappy.
