Pros

A really good parent company in Canada that is trying to change and evolve rather than trying to be a traditional bank.

Cons

Improve and modernize is only a Canadian object. Raleigh office only talks about change but dont want to change. They hire people and tell them what to do. The culture has a lot to be desired. Lots of people talk about what is wrong, what needs to change and finds fault in any change but there is no one who wants to do the actual work.

Pros

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
