Pros

None at all, the managers gave me $5 timmy's giftcard for working at RBC at 5 years mark.

Cons

Worst company to work, I spent 8 years working and they laid me off during covid by giving me the message via video without any remorse and only gave me 3 months of severance. Suprisingly they contacted me a few months ago since a lot of their employees quit after forcing them to work full time in the offices. I told them not interested and do not ever contact me again. I am in a much better company that appreciates me and rewards accordingly and give me respect that I never received in my 8 years at RBC.

Pros

Stable work life balance. The culture is really great, very easy to work with complex management and managers. Willing to help you grow and learn with clients

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you come in the door with that expectation. It can be very easy to get stuck in this role as your pay slowly increases and the job title mostly stays the same. Associate promotions and raises are rarely given and take a lot of coercion to get.
