Company survives by double-talk and misleading statements.
They'll tell you they're a managed services when it's just a staffing company.
They'll tell you that they're established in this niche but most companies and people haven't heard of them.
They'll tell you there's a career trajectory but it's multi-year single client contracts or project shuffling.
That being said, I don't think they're unethical, they just take advantage of the blurred lines of being a company that doesn't produce anything and just provides employees to other companies.
It's not like they're dishonest, they're just not completely honest.
If you're objective about the reality and don't let the words sway you, there's opportunities to be gained. But just pay attention to how often certain points are droned on and how they're trying to frame aspects such as role, career, compensation, industry, notoriety, etc.
