Great flexibility on marketing, commission structure, and of course hours. An agent does not have to charge a certain commission when flexibility is needed. Management style is hands off as agents come with experience for the most part.
Cons
Peaks and valleys on pay as this is a 100% commission structure. This can be stressful from time to time.
