Pros
People generally a friendly. The company is still at start-up stage. Not so many politics.
Cons
No successful business model. The Global CEO strongly believes his technology is the best in the world. While in reality the customer is not ready, or do not understand his business model. Employees consistently been brainwashed by Global CEO. It is 100% authoritarian management style. People do not think what is the right to do, but think what the CEO wants to do. There will be no leaders produced out of this culture.
