      Excellent hires at the junior and mid level. Deep alignment between that level of seniority

      Cons

      Toxic culture, no work life balance especially when on deadlines. Uniquely slow to promote. Top heavy and design misalignment between partners

      Hybrid setting and flexible working.

      Cons

      Everyone good left so the rest is the people who are enjoying their titles doing nothing , or Chinese designers who are held hostage and exploited of their immigration.
