We know team chemistry is vital in building successful projects, so we host team-building activities, including concerts in our parking lot, BBQs and an all-company picnic annually, to name a few. We encourage all employees to participate! We work hard to ensure all employees can work in their desired locations. Please talk with your supervisor as project opportunities become available.

      If I got give a negative star review on this company I would. NOT A SINGLE PRO OF WORKING HERE.

      Cons

      Low pay. They have fired an entire devision in one go with no warning or reason. Learning&Development has never created training for the sales team. Gaslighting. Force people into roles they do not want, only other option provided is quitting without notice. Change sales goals on a daily basis and punish for not completing a goal you were never made aware of. company has NEVER made a single new sale in UT. MASONGISTIC IN EVERYWAY.
