Cons
- Slow decision-making at management layer - We seem to not learn from our mistakes by hiring Deloitte (or any Big 4) for software development over and over again. They messed up the first time, why hire them again.l for millions of euros for low-effort solutions which in-house engineers and analysts have to solve and tweak all the time? What a waste of money.
