Being a global business the requirement to attend conference calls at unsocial hours is an expectation you need to get used to at TMP and you can expect to have some tough conversations if you're not pulling your weight or hitting your targets. Like most agency businesses your development is largely up to you (though the opportunities are there is you're proactive). However, many of these downsides generally come with the territory.
