Pros
The work is properly supervised, and everyone seems to be in a good mood. The company also has a yearly Christmas party which is pretty cool. The benefits for an Intern are pretty good.
Cons
There are actually a lot of cons to start with. It feels like each reviewer of your work (during your internship period) acts like a different teacher where you are supposed to get your work corrected, and each reviewer has their own way of marking your work. There is no consistency between each reviewer, and it feels like a lot of the training team has at a point just come up with their own strategy they plan to utilize. The training team does act super sweet about it, just like everyone at the company until you slightly trigger someone and they start to act passive-aggressive. It's like everyone there puts on a mask.
