Pros

Remote work Unlimited PTO Bad leadership means you can do alot of what you want - until you can’t anymore

Cons

Bad leadership No one is driving this ship Decisions aren’t for the company or customer - they’re to improve EBITDA and prep for a sale from private equity Major direction changes (and layoffs) very 6 months

Pros

Every time a friend or family member asks me how work is going, I have the privilege of tell them I love it. Every day, I am surrounded by employees who care and want to make the world a better place. I say "surrounded", and I mean it. Being a fully remote company doesn't mean that I'm isolated. I feel like I am in an office with my coworkers all the time while sitting at home. It's great. The culture is uplifting. The management actually listens when you complete Employee Opinion Surveys. That is RARE. In the time I have been here, I have seen so much collaboration and growth, and I am excited to continue my work here.

Cons

Not applicable. I have no complaints from working at Radicle Health.

Pros

Radicle Health is a really supportive environment. People are dedicated to the outcomes for customers and work well across teams to get stuff done. The vast majority of management really cares about staff and their wellbeing. Pay and benefits are good. Fully remote work is the best.

Cons

The level of work is a lot at times. The company is still working our processes to keep things even and so there is too much firefighting happening at any given time.
