      Great coworkers, awful upper management

      Pros

      All of my coworkers were people who cared about each other and the mission we served

      Cons

      What started as a great job deteriorated significantly over the past year with two reorganizations, including layoffs of many long-time coworkers and the rollback of a major work-life policy. The complete antithesis to the mission I originally joined to serve.

      Remote work Unlimited PTO Bad leadership means you can do alot of what you want - until you can’t anymore

      Cons

      Bad leadership No one is driving this ship Decisions aren’t for the company or customer - they’re to improve EBITDA and prep for a sale from private equity Major direction changes (and layoffs) very 6 months
