Worst Job I’ve ever had - Sales Associate Rag-O-Rama Employee Review

No benefits to working there you can’t switch shifts, park in the lot, have to put your phone in a locker, if you’re sick you have to get a doctors note and are expected to come to work sick, you get put on “probation” for being late or calling out even if you’re sick, can’t talk to other coworkers, can’t hold items for yourself, have to go on an hour unpaid break every shift even if it’s only 7 hours, and everyone is miserable because of all these silly rules that take away your autonomy. Turnover is so high barely anyone has been there more than a few months
