I applied in-person. I interviewed at Rag-O-Rama (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Quick response. There are 2 interviews and the questions are about your customer service background, mad customer scenarios, etc. Be positive, polite, and talk about brands that you like or stores you like to shop at.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rag-O-Rama (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Quite easy. I applied, and a few days later I was called in for a group interview. The interview consisted of me, and two other people, and the store manager, and assistant manager. A couple more days later I had a 1 on 1 interview with the regional manager. Maybe a few more days later I was called to start the next day. The entire process took maybe a week and a half.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rag-O-Rama (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The process lasted over 1 month. I applied online then 2 weeks later I applied again in store and they called me for an interview about 2 weeks later. I went in for the interview 2 weeks after that and it was a group interview. The interview went great and they were looking for people with a very open schedule (which I had.) Every other person in my group interview (6) was a student in school and could only work part time. The interview went great and we all took turns answering the questions. The assistant manager seemed to love me as she told me she loved my application and couldn't wait to meet me. They said they would call back in a couple days for a one on one interview.
A few days later they called and said they were choosing someone else and that they would keep my application on file. It really stunk because of the long interview process. I had a lot of hope that I would get the job but it was a big let down. Still love the store.
