      Pros

      * Flexible Timing. * Flexible parking facility (drop ur vehicle neary by 1 kms and walk so that u can burn ur calories.) * Excellent food.

      Cons

      * When asked for hike they will say company is under loss, but they will recruit more people eventhough there is no project. * They will suck the life out of you by making you work 24*7 during go live. This work which u have done will go un noticed. * They will just lay u off saying you dont have a proper skill, but the people who remain there are only 60+ age, they can better turn this office into old age home.
