Pros
I met some talented individuals who genuinely care about the work. There are opportunities to learn, if you're willing to do so on your own time with little to no support. This is a great place to get some experience and knowledge of how the manufacturing process works.
Cons
I was deeply disappointed by the fear-based leadership culture, where making mistakes was met with criticism rather than support. I was not given the resources needed to succeed and was expected to work long, unreasonable hours. Although I was hired for a specific role, the responsibilities quickly expanded without any adjustment in title or pay, which felt like a bait-and-switch. Overall, the lack of transparency and support made for a very poor experience.
