Pros

Customer Service Department folks were great, some people had a fun personality, benefits were good once the kicked in, training was good.

Cons

HR department had no idea how to use a calendar and screwed myself and a few others out of an entire month of health insurance, seemingly homophobic once they found out I had a girlfriend, flexibility when life happened with family emergencies, room for growth wasn't there, micro-managed.

Pros

Solid company - 50 years in existence. Goals are realistic, but challenging. Leadership keeps everyone involved and works very hard to create a work "family" atmosphere.

Cons

High expectations to show 5-star service to customers.

Pros

Benefits are great compared to other companies I have worked for! My teammates are also very helpful and supportive; even when they are also overwhelmed.

Cons

The manager for Customer Service is very underqualified and lacks fundamental qualities that makes a great leader. I’ve found that commitments are rarely honored, and her unprofessional management style feels more restrictive than supportive. Additionally, the company is not flexible when it comes to unexpected life events and taking sick days. I have only been sick a couple of times and I received push back each time. Employee retention is very low. Skilled team members are quitting at an alarming rate, and we are not able to hold onto new hires.
